3a) Mecha... $5.00 increase for every Mecha that is drawn on
top of the prices listed above
3b) Bruce Timm Style... this is the only style that will be
colored in MS Paint; all other colorings will be either Photoshop or colored pencils
4) Nudes Per Hour... $20.00 per grey pencil
$25.00 per colored in MS Paint or Inked
$30.00 per colored with colored pencils
$40.00 per colored with Photoshop
4a) No... pornographic images! Sex, rape, molestation or poses
that invite sex in nature. Discretion of drawing nudes falls on the shoulders of the artist based on the client's description
4b) Romantic Imagery... is limited to the artist's discretion
based on the client's description. Clients seeking images
that are sexual in nature will be turned away immediately.
4c) Kissing... is limited to the artist's discretion based on
the client's description. There will be an extra charge of $5.00 per kiss added to the total
5) Taking Pictures of Art... any client or anyone associated with the client who takes a picture of the artwork is that person purchasing said artwork; to be paid in full at that time. If full payment is not made at that time, legal action will be taken immediately
5a) No Refunds... all sales are final; refunds will not be
5b) Payment... artist is to be paid 30% of the estimated bill
upfront; based on the client's description. The remaining 70% balance is to be paid upon completion of the work. The client will not be given the artwork until full payment has been made.
6) Hiring the Artist... by hiring the artist, the client is agreeing to and abides by the guidelines set forth by the artist
6a) Payment Plan... the artist is willing to work on a
payment plan with the client if need be. It is the client's responsibility to notify the artist about a payment plan at the time of hiring. Otherwise, the artist assumes no payment plan is needed and will charge accordingly. Even with a payment plan, the artist will charge 30% of the estimated fee before beginning the artwork
1) Author Charges $20.00 Per Hour for Research...
1a) Research includes character sketches, character designs,
information given to the author by the client, details for a more authentic story and spending time with the client (either in person, on the phone, text messaging or e-mails).
1b) Research also includes going online, going to the library,
reading source materials, printing source materials and (if possible) being on location of an actual site used in the story.

3) Author Charges Per Word... $2.00 per word with a limit of 100 words
$1.50 per word with a limit of 200 words
$1.00 per word with a limit of 1,000
3a) Any story that is more than 1,000 words will be charged per
page (see below)
4) Author Charges Per Page... $20.00 per page with a limit of 100 pages
$10.00 per page with a limit of 500 pages
4a) The author has a maximum of 500 pages per story and will not
work beyond that point. All stories that are over 500 pages will have to be taken as a second story and not included as part of the story the author was hired to write.
4b) The author charges $50.00 on top of the client's bill to be a
4c) If the author is not hired as a ghost writer, the author is
to have his name on the cover and credited for the story. The author is also entitled to 10% of all sales of the story and any part of the project that he was hired for (cover, research, writing, designs and / or ideas)
5) Editing... the client is responsible for editing the story, book
6) Hiring the Writer... by hiring the author, the client agrees to and
will abide by the guidelines set forth by the author
6a) Payment... the author is to be paid 30% of the estimated
total (for the word count or page count) upfront. Estimation of word count or page count is the responsibility of the client. The remaining total is to be paid upon completion of the story in full. The author is willing to work with a payment plan but will need to know about the payment plan upon hiring. 30% of the estimated work is to be paid to the author before work on the story begins.
6b) Payment of Research... the client will be billed with the
full payment of the research on a weekly basis. The client is to pay the bill within two business days or the project up to that point will belong to the author.
6c) Payment Failure... in a timely manner is the client giving
ownership of the project, story and research to the author. All things related to the story, especially the work done by and gathered by the author will belong to the author.
6d) Client Purchasing... if payment is not made in a timely
manner by the client and the work becomes the property of the author, the author will give the client 30 days to buy the property back. This will include any additional charges that may incur due to research, writing, sketches and designs. The client will also be charged 15% of the total in order to purchase the property from the author.
6e) Parting Ways... if the client decides to part ways with the
author, the client is expected to pay the author in full of the work that has already been accomplished. If the author decides to part ways with the client, the client has 7 days to pay the author in full or the author takes ownership of the project.
6f) Parting Ways Continued... in the event the author and client
part ways, unless the author was hired as a ghost writer and paid accordingly, the author is to be paid 10% of all says for everything related to the project; and the author's name is to be added to the project. Failure to do so will result in the author taking legal action against the client.
7) The Author Does Not... write pornography or sexually explicit material. Although the themes of sex and sexuality are important to the stories of Humanity, any material regarding sex outside of being pornographic or explicit is left up to the author's discretion

By placing your name on this form, you are agreeing to be the client of the artist / writer. All fields of form are required for the artist / author to take you on as a client. The artist / author does take PayPal as well as Quick Pay. Checks will need to be cleared before payment is considered as taken in; but it does pause the work being done to the project until the check clears. Cash is not recommended as it will not be trusted in the off chance that legal action is taken. For multiple clients, all clients need to fill out the information below. In the case of multiple clients, it is up to the clients to decide who will pay for what or how much each client will pay for the services of the artist / author.
